Close to the metro

Location is super central, easy to reach by private car (underground parking easily accessible. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped, sound proof with large comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious, swimming pool is not quite suitable for actual swimming. Turkish hammam is nice and clean.

Power sockets are a bit tricky to find located down below the heavy night stands. Cleanliness could be improved (corner areas and surface under the beds were a bit more dusty that I would expect

The hotel is old , it smells like old, no hot water in the shower , doesn’t worth the value of the money , very poor breakfast and not tasty .. and they have the rudest manager ever, i talked to her super polite and I don’t why she was so rude to me .. I don’t recommend you to come there ..

My stay at Zorlu Grand Hotel was truly wonderful and excellent. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering the perfect environment for relaxation after a long day.The location of the hotel is outstanding — right in the heart of Trabzon — making it very convenient to access shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options every morning.I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service throughout my stay. It made me feel valued as a guest and added a special touch to the whole experience.I highly recommend Zorlu Grand Hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon, and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

I would like to mention one challenge we faced during our stay. Cars and taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel for a long time, which made loading and unloading our luggage difficult. Additionally, there is no direct access to a lower parking area or a convenient path for transporting luggage. Improving this point would make the arrival and departure experience much easier for guests

Really a 5 stars hotel. Room is clean. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are good , but you should expect that the mattresses are soft “sinking”, and if you are used to hard mattress you will find it difficult to get used to them.

I would rate the hotel as 10 if the gym/health club team were more tolerable . We were 3 families with 7 kids, first evening we arrived to the pool and the person in charge didn’t let us get in because the boys (with short hair) didn’t have a swimming cap. Also he said that only 6 persons are allowed to be inside. Kids returned frustrated. Only the day after we discovered that they sell caps for 5$!! So we bought few and kids got in the pool. Kids are kids and they play and shout, and all the time the person there came with angry face instructing us to control their shouts because and strict their moves because they were bothering the people in the gym, no one was in the gym that time except the coach. It is not one person but the 3 different persons in the health club were very inhospitable. If the hotel isn’t willing to receive kids it shouldn’t provide the option to book for families with kids upfront.

I didn’t like this hotel.

Room was smaller than the one I booked.Air conditioner hot , have trouble to sleep Reception employees did not respond !

We left the hotel for emergency , the hotel refused to consider the refund despite of exceptional circumstances.
